The US Federal Reserve has published some promising news speculating that the US market is finally beginning to stabilise. Commercial real estate remains weak, but the housing market is showing optimistic signs of bottoming out.

Hopefully this will increase confidence in the market, then we should start to see the economy flatten and start to slowly grow once again.
