Will air conditioners increase the rental value of a property, or not enough to even bother?
Or is it now one of those things that people expect in a house.
Has anyone had experience with this?

Adding to that, I know it adds value to a property.
Since these systems costs 10,000 for the full blown reverse cycle, it does add about that amount if not a bit more to the value of the property.

I suppose the same could be said for insulation.
Although now every home should have insulation in Australia, since its free, thanks to mr rudd.
