Just as a tip to all new home buyers, is that when you putting an offer in on a property you can have it subject to finance.
What this means is if you have get declined by the banks you can send that letter to the real estate agent before the deadline and you can get your deposit back.
If you miss this date you normally wouldn't get that back. Well at least I thought so.
I have once missed the date, but I got the deposit back anyway (a few months later). It was a nice suprise in the mail. That was with a property I almost purchased through Jenny Coleman.
